Toyota Quality Financial Management (TQFM) was designed to respond to the changing needs of today's automotive consumers.

TQFM make the consumer financial services experience at participating Toyota dealerships the best it can be.  Participating dealers are making a concerted effort to put the customer and their needs first during the financial process of buying or leasing a Toyota. TQFM dealers support the customer centered philosophy based on the following promises:

 - Customers will be treated with sincerity and respect.

 - Customer questions will be answered completely, directly, and honestly.

 - The Financial Services Manager will "partner" with the customer.

 - All paperwork will be explained thoroughly and completely.

 - Customers will be able to choose from a variety of financing plans and options.

 - The financial process will become an enjoyable part of the Toyota ownership experience.

Our Finance Managers are all Master Certified through the University of Toyota.  Our goal is to provide you with a seamless process during your financial services transaction.  We do this by providing full disclosure, concern for your needs, and providing products and services from which you choose from to best fit your needs. 

Our Finance Director was the First to achieve Master level certification in the United States with Toyota.  We have six Finance Managers that have also achieved Master level certification.  There are only 11 Finance Managers in the United States that have achieved this level of certification through Toyota and 7 of them are employed here at Elk Grove Toyota.
